After a great (but short) trip back to upstate NY, I'm back in Houston for a few weeks to finish up a few things before heading BACK TO NY FOR GOOD! Can't begin to tell you how excited I am to be near family and friends again, especially with our baby girl on the way in November. I'm going to miss the friends I've made in Houston, but I am going to make sure I keep in touch with them... especially with the wonderful world of Facebook.

Anyway, as the title says, I have a few photos from our trip home and especially the cookout my parents had at their place in Duanesburg. Check them out at THIS LINK.

I have to say, and I may be bias, but I have the cutest nieces EVER.

Just finished up going through all the photos from our recent trip to St.Augustine Florida. We had such a great time relaxing on the beach and just enjoying one another's company. If you click the smaller version of the photos it will bring up a large version if you want to use any for wallpapers or just to have. Enjoy!

NPR Reports:

An unnamed spokesperson for Danger Mouse says that "due to an ongoing dispute with EMI" the book of photographs will "now come with a blank, recordable CD-R. All copies will be clearly labeled: 'For legal reasons, enclosed CD-R contains no music. Use it as you will.'"

I picked up a MinoHD FlipVideo camera today. I love this gadget! It takes fantastic video, and most importantly editing and posting said video is a breeze. The video below took 5 minutes to sequence, and 5 minutes to render, and 5 minutes to upload. No conversion, editing tool, re-encoding, worrying about file sizes, then uploading. It is the iPod of video cameras. Enjoy Katie and I this afternoon.

Well it's been a long time since I posted anything on this site, but better late than never. Dana and I recently decided to take a trip to Arizona to visit Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The photos say it all, it was a beautiful view everywhere you looked. We enjoyed a tour through the red rocks with the Pink Jeep Tour company, and decided to hike the Bright Angel trail at the Grand Canyon on our own. Take a look through the photos!
